Failed AI actions — automatic

If an AI action fails for any reason, the credits it cost are returned to your balance automatically. You never pay for output you did not receive.

Unused credits — 14 days, on request

Changed your mind? Email hello@storevisuals.app within 14 days of purchase from your account email, mentioning the payment reference from your receipt. We refund the unused part of the pack to your original payment method through Mollie, usually within a few business days.

Credits you have already spent on successful AI actions are consumed digital content and cannot be refunded — by purchasing, you agree that we deliver credits immediately and that spent credits fall outside the EU withdrawal right.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before starting a chargeback — we resolve genuine problems quickly. A chargeback removes the corresponding credits from the account.
